Frame mold workflow and precautions
First, the preparation should be done before the frame mold:
1 . According to the production instruction, pull the mold to be pulled to the bench to open
2 . Measuring the appropriate height of the mold (should be recorded and archived)
3 . Check if the upper/lower die fit is correct
4 . Check the mold for any abnormalities, clean the mold debris, remove the rust stains and lubricate the guide post / guide sleeve
5 . After closing the mold, use the oil stone to flatten the upper and lower mold bases and wipe them clean.
6 . Choose the right machine (tonnage, stroke height, bed size)
7 . Flatten the machine bed with oilstone and wipe it clean
8 . Adjust the height of the punch to a height close to the mold, which is about 5 mm higher than the mold closing height.
9 . Check if the punch closing height matches the mold, whether to add a block
10 . Place the matched mold in the center of the punch to prepare the mold
Second, the frame model program:
1 . Know the height of the mold and the required pressure before the frame mold
2 . Adjust the slider, firstly open the air to make the upper and lower molds completely fit the punch stroke at the bottom dead center
3 . The pressure of the machine can not be lower than the pressure required by the mold
4 . The height of the mold should be within the closing height of the machine, and the actual closing height of the mold is less than the closing height of the machine.
5 . Adjust the slider height again until the stamping product is qualified
6 . After the mold upper and lower molds are fitted, they are placed on the correct machine.
7 . Lock the upper and lower mold fixing screws (first lock the mold, after the upper mold is fixed, hit the air once and then lock the mold)
8 . The mold should be closed to maintain the gap, generally between 7% and 15% of the thickness of the board. Overloading can easily lead to mold bursting and damage to the press
Third, the key notes of the frame model:
1 . Whether the die shank specification matches the punch
2 . Clean the mold before the mold, the guide column is refueled and maintained.
3 . The machine operation should be adjusted to "inch" before the frame mold, and the manual device should be used.
4 . If the foot is used, it should be noted that the height is consistent and flat. When placing the foot, pay attention to whether the chipping hole is good or not.
5 . When adjusting the closing height of the machine, the closing height of the machine can't be lower than the actual closing height of the mold.
6 . Check if the mold is securely locked
7 . If there is a typeface or embossing line in the mold, a scrap should be placed in the upper/lower mold when the mold is placed, and the empty mold cannot be used.
8 . The mold direction can not be reversed and is conducive to practical operation
9 . Do a good job of cleaning the site, and the excess screw pads are returned.
