4, the cutting method selects high efficiency

5, parts assembly method
Welding welds multiple components together for processing purposes or individual component joints to increase their strength. The surface treatment usually has a phosphate film, electroplated polychromatic zinc, chromate, baking varnish, oxidation, and the like. The choice of specific surface treatment methods is based on demand. Assembly assembles multiple parts or assemblies in a way that makes them a complete project.
6, complete the fastening process
Generally, the operation is completed by a stamping riveting process or a hydraulic riveting machine, and the fasteners are riveted on the Sheet metal parts, and the pressure riveting is commonly used in pressure riveting bolts, compression riveting nuts, pressure riveting screws, and the like. The process of flanging taps is to dig a slightly larger hole in the smaller bottom hole and then suck the faucet hole. This can increase its strength and avoid sliding teeth, which are generally used for workpieces with a high thickness of the sheet. When the thickness of the sheet is large, it is not necessary to directly tap the tapping.
