How to maintain the casting

The principle of casting exhaust gas treatment in foundry: The main pollutants in the blast furnace production process are soot, dust and SO2. The main components of dust are iron oxide, carbon, calcium oxide and a small amount of silica, which are derived from raw material transportation and feeding. In the operation of sieving, tapping and slagging, the largest exhaust gas emissions from the casting are fuel combustion exhaust gas.
Casting gas pollution sources include raw fuel supply system (including mine coke) flue gas, blast furnace top loading system flue gas, blast furnace tapping field flue gas, blast furnace hot blast stove flue gas, furnace top pressure release gas, furnace front off Silicon dust, slag water vapor, etc. The cast exhaust gas enters the exhaust gas purification tower tangentially from the inlet below the exhaust gas treatment tower body, and then uniformly rises to the first-stage filler absorption section through the equalization section. On the surface of the exhaust gas treatment filler, acidic (or alkaline) substances in the gas phase are treated with alkaline (or acidic) substances in the liquid phase, and Hessler exhaust gas.

The casting flat production process generally must strictly adopt the "People's Republic of China Machinery Industry Standards" JB/T7974-2000 processing and production. But sometimes it is necessary to adapt to local conditions and design according to the circumstances.
